 My First Day at College 

It was a sunny spring day. I went to college with my friends. We were excited and happy. On the way we were told that some older students were waiting for us at the college gate. They wanted to make freshman fools out of us. We started shaking with fear. 

The president of the college union happened to be there. We told him our problem. He smiled and walked with us to the dormitory gate. He asked the other students not to tease us. We were so happy.

We came to the playground. Even older students got there. They started making fools of us from freshman year. Suddenly a boy ran in one direction. Some boys ran after him. We took advantage of the situation and ran in a different direction. Some other guys were running behind us.

 Unfortunately for us, our journey ended at the edge of a field. It was irrigated. We were so scared that we jumped into it. The older students stopped at the edge and started laughing. However, we were relieved to be away from serious risk. How we got to our houses is another story. This is how I spent my first day at college.
